How much does short-let management cost?
Our management fee is 22%, 19% or 16.5% + VAT of net booking revenue after platform fees, depending on whether you commit to three, six or twelve months, and multi-unit and portfolio owners are priced separately. A £150 minimum monthly management charge applies and there are no hidden fees: your fee, expected operating costs and what's included are set out in writing before you sign, and your free income estimate gives an exact quote for your property.
How quickly can my property go live?
Most suitable, guest-ready properties go live within 7 to 10 working days of key handover, once we have the required information and safety documents. Photography, listings and pricing are all handled as part of onboarding.
What kind of returns should I expect?
Performance depends on the property and the city, but across our portfolio we average 86% occupancy with a 4.8-star guest rating from 2,000+ reviews, and one managed two-bed earned £48,300 in net booking revenue in 12 months.
